This workshop will be held at MAC Studios at Fairlawn Plaza: 5339 SW 24th St, Topeka, KS  66614

An invoice for payment will be sent within 24 hours of filling out this form to the email provided. Payment must be made before the time of the workshop.

If registering multiple students, please fill out the form separately for each student.

If the class does not meet minimum capacity before starting date, you will be contacted about class cancellation by 2/12/26.
